House Policies

  1. No smoking

  2. No alchohol

  3. No pets

  4. No extra people on the premises beside the ministry couple

  5. The maximum occupancy is two

  6. The cottage is for adults only. We are unable to have anyone under 18 at the cottage.

  7. We don’t have quiet hours but ask that you respect the neighbors when coming and going.

  8. The fireplaces are for looks only. No fires are allowed.

  9. Please do not post pictures of the house online to social media. We love to show it off, but we want to keep the location private and secluded.
